Job Role: Night Shift Supervisor

In this supervisory role, you will work 40 hours a week, overseeing all overnight operations within the hotel to ensure standards are consistently met. Shifts are scheduled 5 days out of 7, from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, including weekends and bank holidays.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Undertaking nightly night audits and completing related reports.
2. Assisting with late arrivals and early departures.
3. Helping guests with requests and inquiries.
4. Monitoring hotel security.
5. Providing room service and drinks to guests.
6. Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of hotel public areas.

Successful candidates will be required to pass a basic DBS check, which we will fund. This is a condition for passing the probation period.
