Job summary

DPD Group seeks an experienced Hub Operations Manager to lead a night-shift hub team in the UK, ensuring KPI attainment and smooth operations across a purpose-built hub. You’ll manage Sortation managers, drive safety, quality and cost objectives, and coordinate with other departments.

A full UK driving licence is essential and bonus/benefits apply. The role involves night shifts across 5 of 7 days, weekends as needed, and opportunities to influence efficiency and service quality within a leading
