Job summary

Qualifications

• Be approachable and have strong communication skills.
• Awareness of barriers faced by homeless people.
• Carry out health & safety checks and report repairs.
• Provide information and guidance on housing processes and benefits.
• Check and update IT systems with accurate notes and follow procedures.
• Be able to respond to emergencies promptly.
• Promote safeguarding and challenge inappropriate behaviour.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding vulnerable people.
