Job summary

The Municipal M Gallery in Liverpool invites you to join our Heartists® team as a Night Housekeeping Assistant. You will help maintain our 5* environment, clean guest rooms and public areas, and ensure restful nights for guests in a historic landmark hotel.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT AT THE MUNICIPAL HOTEL & SPA MGALLERY (Varied Hours)

When you enter our hotel you will be “wowed” and we aspire for our guests to be bowled over too by the memorable visual impact of our rooms and public areas. Our Housekeeping Heartist® team works in harmony with all departments to delivery 5* hospitality in our rooms and/or public areas. The ultimate goal is to maintain our 5* atmosphere and pay attention to cleaning duties during the nights as our guests sleep soundly. With care and precision for the finer details you will have a strong awareness of time management working across the hotel public areas and Spa. Our Heartists® work with precision and care to enhance the guest experience. Offering personalised touches, exuding a passion for luxury hospitality and in providing a sumptuous inner sanctuary for our guests.
