Job summary

RBH is recruiting Housekeeping Team Members at The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in Liverpool. You will join a heartful team delivering luxurious 5* hospitality, turning rooms to the highest standard, and supporting public areas cleaning and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• We hire mostly on personality & potential; prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not essential.
• Strong teamwork and communication with all departments.
• Passion for delivering a flawless guest experience and 5* standards.
• Able to manage time efficiently and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform turn-down service and prepare rooms and bathrooms for evening occupancy.
• Clean and tidy guest bedrooms and public areas according to 5* standards.
• Assist with linen porterage, laundry, stock management and supplies replenishment.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a luxury guest experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT AT THE MUNICIPAL HOTEL & SPA MGALLERY

What you'll be doing

We are looking for new Housekeeping Team Members to work split shifts in the afternoons and evenings in order to offer a turn down service to our guests. This involves cleaning and tidying rooms and bathrooms in preparation for the evening wind down. This role is flexible shifts and as a hotel we operate over 7 days therefore flexibility with your shifts is a must. Prior to turn down services our Housekeeping team members complete a variety of duties based on business requirements, from linen porterage, cleaning of public areas, in house laundry, logistic / storage and top up of supplies and cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms.

When you enter our hotel you will be “wowed” and we aspire for our guests to be bowled over too by the memorable visual impact of our rooms and public areas. Our Housekeeping Heartist® team works in harmony with all departments to delivery 5* hospitality in our rooms and/or public areas. The ultimate goal is to maintain our 5* atmosphere with care and precision for the finer details and have a strong awareness of time management. Our Heartists® work with precision and care to enhance the guest experience. Offering personalised touches, exuding a passion for the finer details and in providing a luxury inner sanctuary for our guests.
