Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for our hotel team. You will keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, delivering a consistently high standard of cleanliness to our guests.

You will liaise with front desk and maintenance, handle replenishment of amenities, and support extra requests to ensure every stay is memorable. This role rewards attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming.
• Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with attention to detail.
• Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels.
• Replenish in-room amenities and support guest requests.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
• Follow health, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with special requests to enhance guest stays.
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance for seamless service.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
• Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.
• Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.
• Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
• Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
