RBH Hospitality Management operates The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in Liverpool, recruiting for a Night Housekeeping Assistant to uphold our 5* standards across rooms and public spaces. You’ll join Our Heartists team, delivering precise cleaning, quiet efficiency, and a warm guest experience in a historic landmark.

We hire for personality and potential, emphasising teamwork, time management, and care for detail to ensure guests feel special and sleep soundly in a luxurious setting.

THE EXCITING OPPORTUNITY We opened the first 5* Hotel in Liverpool; The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in May 2023 and have reset the clock within this historic building, bringing it back to life.

We boast 179 stunning bedrooms set in a remarkable and inspiring landmark of the city.

When you enter our hotel you will be “wowed” and we aspire for our guests to be bowled over too by the memorable visual impact of our rooms and public areas.

Our Housekeeping Heartist® team works in harmony with all departments to delivery 5* hospitality in our rooms and/or public areas.

The ultimate goal is to maintain our 5* atmosphere and pay attention to cleaning duties during the nights as our guests sleep soundly.

With care and precision for the finer details you will have a strong awareness of time management working across the hotel public areas and Spa.

Our Heartists® work with precision and care to enhance the guest experience.

Offering personalised touches, exuding a passion for luxury hospitality and in providing a sumptuous inner sanctuary for our guests.
