Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, keeping systems ready for morning shift.
• Be the go-to for guest requests during the night, from room service to extra pillows.
• Keep lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming for the start of the day.
• Monitor safety and security, ensuring guests enjoy a peaceful night’s stay.
• Coordinate with early morning team to hand off a seamless shift.
