Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Nights Guest Service Assistant to deliver friendly, reliable service during night shifts. You will support overnight operations, welcome guests, and help maintain our high standards of service, safety and brand compliance.

Reporting to the Nights Guest Service Manager, you will build guest relationships, assist with night audits, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for guests arriving at night.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Comfortable using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with guests and adapt to individual needs.
• Welcoming late arrivals at reception and recognizing repeat guests, priority members and VIPs.
• Provide drinks service on our residents’ bar.
• Prepare and deliver food from our 24 hour menu for guests arriving through the night.
• Check out any early arrivals and ensure accurate billing.
• Complete cleaning and set up to prepare the hotel for the next day.
• Support the night audit process.
• Ensure fire and safety requirements are met.
