Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Nights Guest Service Assistant to deliver safe, welcoming and memorable experiences during out-of-hours periods. Reporting to the Nights Guest Service Manager, you will help run the overnight hotel operations, assisting guests with high standards of service and brand compliance.

The role involves welcoming late arrivals, providing drinks and food from the 24-hour menu, supporting night audit, and ensuring safety procedures are followed while maintaining a calm,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Attentive and able to anticipate guest needs.
• Confident working independently during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming late arrivals on reception, ensuring VIPs receive appropriate recognition.
• Providing drinks service on our residents’ bar.
• Preparing and delivering food from our 24 hour menu for guests arriving through the night.
• Checking out early arrivals with accurate billing and a positive lasting impression.
• Completing cleaning and set up to ensure the hotel is ready for the next day.
• Supporting the night audit process.
• Ensuring fire and safety requirements are met.
