Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Nights Guest Service Assistant to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction during overnight shifts. You will assist reception for late arrivals, serve at the bar, prepare food for night guests, and ensure accurate billing and safe operations.

Role requires calm, organized service, strong guest relations, and collaboration with the night team to maintain service excellence and hotel readiness.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a range of technology including MS Office.
• Clear and professional communication with guests and colleagues.
• Calm, organised and solution-focused during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with guests and adapt to individual needs.
• Welcome late arrivals at reception and recognise VIPs.
• Provide drinks service at the residents' bar.
• Prepare and deliver food from the 24 hour menu for night arrivals.
• Check out early arrivals with accurate billing.
• Complete cleaning and setup for the next day.
• Support the night audit process.
• Ensure fire and safety requirements are met.
