Travelodge Newcastle Central is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You’ll be part of a fun, supportive team with flexible working to suit everyone. No experience required; we will coach you in everything you need to know.

This role involves welcoming guests, checking them in, and assisting with nightly hotel setup. There is potential to develop into management through the Aspire Programme and other incentive schemes.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
• Great at guest interaction and able to learn quickly.
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at the front desk.
• Walk the corridors, respond to noise complaints and evictions when needed.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep, and occasional bar service.
