Job summary

Avisford Park Hotel is seeking a Guest Service Assistant - Nights to deliver proactive overnight front desk service, security checks, and guest inquiries, ensuring the hotel is ready and welcoming for morning arrivals.

You will build rapport with guests and work closely with all departments to maximise revenue opportunities, uphold bar processes, and support colleagues across the hotel during night operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during night shifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• IT and administrative skills for handling reservations and reports.
• Previous experience in a Hotel or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties during night shifts and handling guest inquiries.
• Conduct security checks and ensure guest safety overnight.
