Job summary

Andras House Ltd is recruiting a Night Supervisor to oversee hotel operations from sunset to sunrise in Belfast, Northern Ireland. You will manage guest expectations, maintain brand standards, and support other departments to deliver excellent service.

The role emphasises security, hands-on supervision, and coordinating with the Night Team to ensure smooth night-time operations. Evening/Night shifts and health & safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in front office or reception.
• Basic IT/procurement systems and cash handling.
• Clear spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Check in/check out guests following procedures.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Upsell services to maximise hotel revenue.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain health and safety procedures and hotel standards.
• Support other departments as required.
