Hilton Belfast is seeking an exceptional Night Manager to lead overnight operations. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will guide a hardworking team, deliver world-class hospitality, and ensure absolute safety.

You will manage, coach and train staff, greet guests warmly, and maintain high service levels at all times. This role offers growth, progression, and the chance to be an ambassador for the Hilton brand.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality leadership roles and frontline service preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a guest-first attitude.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
