Andras Hotels, Northern Ireland's largest hotel group with properties in Belfast, Coleraine and Portrush, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and mentor a team across its hotels. You will ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards while supporting financial profitability.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing stock and coordinating with Front Office to align guest check-ins and check-outs with housekeeping cycles.

Qualificações

• Experience within a Housekeeping Supervisor role.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proven experience of supervising others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train and supervise housekeeping staff on a floor or designated area to ensure rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Be aware of targets and objectives and ensure they are met.
• Ensure staff follow brand standards and maintain high guest service levels.
• Manage stock control of cleaning products, chemicals and laundry.
• Assist in coordinating housekeeping with Front Office during check-ins/departures.
