Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a dedicated Night Porter for our Leeds hotel to support the smooth running of the Front Office and collaborate with departments to create memorable guest experiences.

You will contribute to guest care, interact with guests during check-in and check-out, and assist in kitchen tasks related to room service orders. This role is central to nightly operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Night porter responsibilities are core to guest safety and service.
• Attention to detail in setting out ambient breakfast items and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests.
• Carry out regular Fire Walks each night.
• Be detail-oriented: set out ambient breakfast items in the morning, ensuring it looks great.
