Responsibilities

• Responsible for front of house operations in the absence of the Night Manager.
• Prepare for each shift with handover, briefing, and daily business plan.
• Achieve departmental targets for guest experience and satisfaction.
• Handle advance reservations and bookings, and manage check-ins/outs.
• Perform all front desk functions including switchboard and guest relations.
• Enter guest details accurately and maintain professional communication.
