Delta Hotels by Marriott Breadsall Priory Country Club is seeking a Night Auditor to manage end-of-day reporting and guest services on a full-time overnight shift. You will handle various cash transactions, post charges, and ensure accurate folios while escorting guests through check-ins and check-outs with a welcoming, professional attitude.

In this role you will also operate the switchboard, respond to wake-up calls, and maintain compliance with policies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality or hotel front office preferred.
• Ability to perform end-of-day reporting and night audit tasks.
• Strong customer service focus with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to work a 40-hour overnight rota.

Aufgaben

• Complete end-of-day activities and night audit backups.
• Process all payment types (room charges, cash, checks, debit, credit).
• Print contingency lists and maintain guest records for safety.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and handle wake-up calls.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Deliver excellent guest service and build guest loyalty to Marriott.
• Ensure folios, room changes, and credits are accurate.
• Provide quick, friendly check-in and check-out experiences.
• Follow cash handling and credit policies.
• Complete nightly housekeeping/ops checklists.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, hours, and rates.
• Follow room selling strategies and walk procedures.
• Handle guest messages and inquiries promptly.
