Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club in the United Kingdom seeks a dedicated Night Auditor to support front office operations during night hours. You will manage guest arrivals, handle switchboard tasks, and ensure accurate billing and daily reconciliation with Marriott standards.

You will work 40 hours over nights, with a focus on hospitality excellence, teamwork, and safeguarding guest information while delivering a warm welcome in line with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations and guest services.
• Ability to handle night shift, stay alert, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for front of house operations in the absence of the Night Manager, including relationships with other departments.
• To prepare for each shift with handovers, brief associates, and daily business plan reviews.
• To post transactions and ensure correct charges on bills; handle banking and cash procedures.
• To conduct correct shift handovers and maintain security of monies, floats, and keys.
• To assist with reservations, bookings, check-ins, and guest welcome in line with Marriott standards.
