Delta Hotels by Marriott Breadsall Priory Country Club in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to manage end-of-day reporting, balance cash, process payments, and ensure guest satisfaction overnight. This is a full-time 40-hour week on a rota, combining administrative duties with guest service excellence.

You will handle check-ins/outs, print contingency lists, answer guest queries, and maintain accurate folios while upholding Marriott standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel night audit or front desk operations.
• Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete end-of-day reporting and posting charges.
• Process room charges, cash, checks, debit and credit transactions.
• Print contingency lists and maintain accurate guest records for emergencies.
• Operate the switchboard and handle wake-up calls.
• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Deliver courteous guest service and build loyalty to Marriott.
• Ensure folios, room changes and approvals are accurate.
• Provide quick, friendly check-in and check-out experiences.
• Follow cash handling and credit policies.
• Complete nightly checklists for smooth operations.
• Inform guests about facilities, services, hours, locations and rates.
