Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey is recruiting a Night Manager to lead the night team and maintain a warm, secure environment for guests.

You will oversee overnight front desk operations, conduct night audits, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure safety and service excellence throughout the night shift. The role offers development and opportunities within Marriott's global network.

Responsibilities

• Manage overnight front desk operations, ensuring procedures are followed and policies are adhered to.
• Complete night audit procedures and rectify any discrepancies.
• Process check-ins and check-outs; arrange alternative accommodation for overbookings.
• Ensure hotel and guest safety through regular night-time patrolling and security checks.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences to improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Log and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
• Anticipate guest needs to provide an above-and-beyond experience.
• Assist with departmental rosters, ordering and payroll as required.
• Maintain knowledge of fire, health and safety procedures and act in emergencies.
• Support other departments and foster strong hotel-wide teamwork.
• Train and develop night team members and uphold safety standards.
