Job summary

The Marylebone in London is seeking a Night Receptionist to warmly welcome guests during the night and manage overnight front desk operations. You will deliver a high level of service while maintaining safety and professionalism throughout overnight shifts.

Responsibilities include handling check-ins/outs, assisting guests with requests, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless overnight experience. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, or customer service within hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests arriving during the night.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and concerns with confidence and empathy.
• Ensure the security and safety of guests, visitors, and colleagues during overnight hours.
• Complete night audit procedures and maintain accurate guest accounts and records.
• Support with reservations, room allocations, billing, and administrative tasks.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Anticipate guests' needs and create memorable moments whenever possible.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local recommendations.
