The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and colleagues. Located opposite Marylebone station, we value positive energy and a welcoming atmosphere in a diverse team with growth opportunities.

As a Receptionist, you will follow SOPs, handle guest registrations and transactions, and strive to exceed expectations.

Responsabilidades

• To be familiar with the department’s Standard Operating Procedures, as well as the LQA and AA Standards.
• Understanding of relevant policies and procedures and how to deal with specific situations.
• To be fully conversant with all activities in Front Office related to the handling of cash and money transactions.
• To always put guests ‘first’, trying to meet and exceed their expectations and needs.
• To pre-register guests when applicable, following established procedures.
• You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than hours.
