Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Night Receptionist/Porter to support guest services during night shifts. You will handle check-in/check-out, assist guests with luggage, and maintain cleanliness in lobby, back offices, and public areas, ensuring a safe environment according to hotel procedures.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work in a busy hotel setting while contributing to the overall guest experience and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out hotel guests as required, assist with luggage/porterage.
• Clean the lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar areas, and meeting rooms as directed.
• Maintain a clean front entrance and exterior areas, including waste removal.
• Understand and apply the hotel's fire procedures for guest and staff safety.
• Set up meeting rooms as required.
