Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is seeking a Night Porter to support the Front Office and guest services during night shifts. You will help maintain a safe, welcoming environment and assist with overnight tasks, including breakfast setup and coordinating with the Kitchen for room-service requests.

The role emphasizes guest care, teamwork within the Night team, and adherence to hotel standards while contributing to a smooth 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
• Excellent guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the Front Office department at night.
• Act as an ambassador for Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with setting up ambient breakfast items and light room-service tasks.
• Maintain safety and security procedures during night shifts, including fire walks.
• Coordinate with Kitchen on room-service orders and guest requests.
