The Goodwood Estate Company Limited is seeking a Casual Night Front Desk Host for The Goodwood Hotel. You will be the welcoming face of the hotel overnight, delivering warm hospitality and professional service to guests during night hours.

Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, handling overnight enquiries, assisting with luggage and room service, resolving feedback with confidence, and completing overnight admin accurately, while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Positive, proactive approach to guest service.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a warm and professional welcome to guests during night shifts.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs and overnight enquiries.
• Support with luggage, room service delivery and guest requests as required.
• Handle guest feedback, queries and complaints with confidence and professionalism.
• Complete overnight administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
