Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in at the hotel reception.
• Walking the corridors at regular intervals and addressing issues as they arise.
• Handling noise complaints and evictions when required.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys.
• Prepping for breakfast service and occasionally serving behind the bar.
