Job summary

Located in Knightsbridge, Jumeirah Carlton Tower is seeking a Night Receptionist to join its luxury hotel team. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and help guests enjoy dining and spa facilities.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to handle multiple software systems, and weekend/evening availability. A dedication to high standards and guest service is essential in this iconic hotel.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in person and by telephone.
Knowledge of Opera Cloud is preferred.
Ability to learn multiple computer software and input information accurately.
Ability to work cohesively with colleagues within and outside your department.
Must be available to work weekends, day, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and register arrivals with full details.
Assist guests to their rooms on check-in, explain facilities and upsell hotel services.
Enter arrivals' check-in/out details accurately in the computer and update information carefully.
Adhere to the hotel's credit policy, including policies on
Ensure smooth reservations when the Reservations office is unavailable.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and appearance fitting Jumeirah International.
