Job summary

Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London seeks a Night Receptionist to welcome guests during late hours, manage arrivals, assist with luggage, and promote dining and spa facilities with a focus on service quality.

You will handle guest details accurately, maintain security and privacy, and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless 24/7 operations. Knowledge of Opera Cloud is preferred, weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in person and by phone.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple hotel software systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-in/check-out, and assist with luggage in a courteous manner.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to guests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
