Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and preferably have knowledge of Opera Cloud. Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by telephone.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is preferred.
• Ability to learn multiple computer software and accurately input information into the systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and register arriving guests according to procedures.
• Assist guests with checking in, explaining facilities, and carrying luggage.
• Enter arrivals' check-in/out details accurately and ensure adherence to credit policy.
