Job summary

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and process guest in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of high-quality food and beverage items.
• Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, addressing their preferences and special requests.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.
• Maintain knowledge of the room service menu and assist guests with selections.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, with a proactive solutions-oriented approach.
• Uphold high standards of presentation and service etiquette when delivering orders to rooms.
