The July in London is seeking a Front Office Night Host to deliver warm, attentive service during the late hours. You will manage reception, assist guests, handle overnight requests, and ensure safety and a smooth handover to the morning team.

Qualifications

• Night shift availability from 22:00/23:00 to 07:00/08:00.
• Friendly and proactive attitude to anticipate guests' needs.
• Energetic with a positive approach to teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reception operations overnight and handover to morning team.
• Be the first point of contact for late check-ins and questions.
• Handle overnight guest requests and ensure guest comfort.
• Monitor hotel atmosphere and guest/staff safety.
• Prepare the morning shift handover and wake-up calls.
