Locke Hotels in Greater London is seeking a friendly night receptionist to welcome guests, manage reservations, and be the face of the brand from check-in to check-out.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you’ll provide local recommendations, handle inquiries by phone, email and in person, and contribute to a warm, human guest experience at our design-led aparthotels. You’ll work night shifts, weekends and holidays as part of a flexible operations team.

Responsibilities

• Creating tell-your-mates experiences for guests
• Being a friendly face and go-to person for guests, contractors and visitors
• Inspiring and informing guests on local attractions and goings-on
• Welcoming guests when you check them in and leaving a great impression when you check them out
• Managing reservations and queries online, by email, on the phone and in person with a can-do attitude
