Job summary

Leonardo Hotels is seeking a dedicated Night Porter in Leeds to support the Front Office team and contribute to memorable guest experiences. You will help ensure the safety and smooth operation of the hotel, welcome guests, and assist with room service orders as part of a vibrant night team.

The role involves setting up breakfast items, partnering with colleagues to maintain high presentation standards, and participating in regular safety routines to protect guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front office is helpful.
• Ability to stay alert during night shifts.
• Strong communication and guest-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of the hotel and guests.
• Carry out regular Fire Walks each night.
• Set out ambient breakfast items and ensure presentation is appealing.
• Interact with guests during welcome and departure to enhance their stay.
• Assist in kitchen tasks to prepare room service orders when required.
