IBIS London City Shoreditch is seeking a Multiskilled Night Team Member to welcome guests during the night and maintain their wellbeing with a personal touch. You will manage reception duties, perform night audits, and support security and the day team to ensure 24/7 service.

The role runs from 11pm to 7:18am with opportunities to handle F&B orders. The successful candidate will be flexible, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking between front desk and F&B tasks, with prior night audit

Qualifikationen

• Able to work unsupervised with a proactive approach.
• Comfort handling front desk tasks and night audits.
• Strong customer service mindset with guest-focused attitude.

Aufgaben

• Be responsible for the reception desk and processing of night audit and nightly reports.
• Assist security with monitoring building security.
• Aid in the operations for the day team to ensure exceptional service is provided around the clock
• Work the night shifts from 11pm to 7:18am.
• Take food & beverage orders, prepare & deliver orders to guests from the F&B menu.
• Perform F&B and Bar tasks and assist at the reception as required.
• Learn and serve beverages including cocktails, mocktails, beer, etc.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy; maintain hygienic service.
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
• Any other reasonable request by Supervisor or Hotel Management.
• Order taking and maximize sales opportunities with product knowledge.
