IBIS London City Shoreditch is seeking a Multiskilled Night Team Member to run the reception, perform night audit, monitor security, and support the day team during the night shift from 11pm to 7:18am.

Contract is Full Time, Permanent, 39 hours per week. You will take food and beverage orders, deliver to guests, keep areas tidy, and help maximise nightly revenue while upholding brand standards. Joining the Accor network offers broad growth and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in front office operations and night audits.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Be responsible for the reception desk and processing of night audit and nightly reports.
• Assist security with monitoring building security.
• Aid in the operations for the day team to ensure exceptional service around the clock.
• Work the night shift from 11pm to 7:18am.
• Take food & beverage orders and deliver to guests.
• Perform F&B and Bar tasks primarily and work in reception as required.
• Keep service areas clean and tidy and maintain hygienic service.
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
• Order taking and maximize sales through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
