Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Nights Concierge for The Tower in London. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering outstanding service while keeping the building safe, secure and welcoming.

Role involves night work on a 4-on-4-off rolling rota (7 PM–7 AM), CCTV monitoring, managing access, and handling deliveries with a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Inclusive recruitment practices are highlighted.

• Front of House experience in residential or hospitality setting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to all residents and guests
• Conducting regular building checks and ensuring communal areas are clean and secure
• Handling queries, complaints, and emergencies with calm and courtesy
• Monitoring CCTV and managing visitor access
• Managing deliveries and post in line with company procedures
• Issuing and logging keys responsibly
• Proactively addressing cleaning and maintenance issues
