Places for People is seeking a Night Concierge for The Tower in London. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering friendly, professional service while ensuring the building remains safe and well-presented.

You will conduct regular checks, monitor CCTV, manage visitor access, handle deliveries, and respond to queries with calm professionalism. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off night rota (7 PM–7 AM) with a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive recruitment.

Formación

• Front of House experience in residential or hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Calm, courteous and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable, punctual and well-presented.
• Able to use initiative and prioritise workload.
• Confident handling complaints and difficult situations.

Responsabilidades

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to all residents and guests.
• Conducting regular building checks and ensuring communal areas are clean and secure.
• Handling queries, complaints, and emergencies with calm and courtesy.
• Monitoring CCTV and managing visitor access.
• Managing deliveries and post in line with company procedures.
• Issuing and logging keys responsibly.
• Proactively addressing cleaning and maintenance issues.
