Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Night Concierge for The Tower in London. You will be the welcoming face for residents and visitors, delivering outstanding service while ensuring the building remains safe and pleasant to live in.

Role involves night shifts on a 4 on/4 off rolling rota (7 PM–7 AM) with responsibilities including building checks, CCTV monitoring, handling queries, and logging keys. Inclusive recruitment and flexible arrangements are offered where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house roles in residential or hospitality settings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Calm, courteous and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests.
• Conduct regular building checks to keep communal areas clean and secure.
• Handle queries, complaints and emergencies with composure.
• Monitor CCTV and manage visitor access.
• Coordinate deliveries and post per company procedures.
• Issue and log keys securely and accurately.
• Proactively address cleaning and maintenance issues.
