Job summary

Manchester Deansgate Hotel, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is recruiting a Front Office Nights Receptionist to join our team. You will work nights, handling late check-ins and early check-outs, greeting guests with warmth, and using Opera to manage registrations. This is a full-time role with 39 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Nights Reception or hotel front desk is preferred.
• Experience with Opera PMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Check-in late-arrival guests and check-out early-departure guests, greeting guests warmly and using Opera to check in.
• Be an excellent problem-solver and proactive in delivering above-and-beyond service.
• Maintain guest safety by following procedures and completing hotel reports and checks.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks during the night and support the team as needed.
