Job summary

The Manchester Deansgate Hotel, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, is seeking a Front Office Nights Receptionist to join our 39-hour per week night team in Manchester. You will welcome guests, check them in/out using the OPERA system, and support guests with requests to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in Nights Reception or Reception role in a hotel environment with Opera or similar system (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Check in late-arrival guests and check out early-departure guests.
• Handle ad-hoc guest requests through the night.
• Ensure safety of guests and colleagues.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks during the night (running reports, desk duties, checks).
