Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office role with Opera or similar PMS is essential.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front office team and manage daily operations, including check-in/check-out.
• Cover duty manager shifts and manage hotel emergencies as needed.
• Coach and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle guest requests and resolve escalations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests and share local knowledge to tailor service.
• Champion IHG One Rewards and promote loyalty sign-ups.
