THG Ingenuity is seeking a dedicated Hotel Night Manager for King Street Townhouse Hotel in Manchester City Centre. This full-time night role runs 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM, five days a week, with a competitive salary reflecting skills and experience.

You will oversee night operations, train front desk staff, manage bookings, assist guests, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and adherence to luxury standards.

Formación

• The successful applicant will have experience in a 5-star luxury hotel as a Night Manager or equivalent.
• Proactive, energetic, and able to work at a fast pace.
• Detail-oriented with high standards and flexible with shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage night shift processes and front desk operations
• Train and guide front desk team members
• Address guest inquiries and provide concierge services
• Conduct administrative tasks including night audits
• Act as manager on duty in absence of senior management
• Welcome guests, manage bookings, allocate rooms
• Handle phone inquiries and respond to requests
• Ensure prompt payments and prepare room bills
• Liaise with other departments
