Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel is seeking a friendly Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team in London. The role involves check-in/check-out, reservations handling, and promoting our loyalty programme, ensuring guests enjoy an authentic London experience.

The position is 40 hours per week on a 5-out-of-7 rota, with nights, weekends and bank holidays. We offer structured career progression, training and a supportive team in a busy, welcoming hotel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Front Office Receptionist or Night Receptionist in a hotel.
• Strong customer service orientation and friendly demeanour.
• Fluent English and professional communication.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and bank holidays.
• Basic IT skills: Outlook, emails, printing, scanning and filing.

Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and check-out with guests.
• Process room reservations, amendments and cancellations.
• Promote the 1837 Guest Loyalty Programme.
• Provide local information and hotel services to guests.
• Maintain a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
