Hotel Indigo London Clerkenwell is recruiting a Night Receptionist to join a busy, guest-focused team. Reporting to the Night Manager, you will greet guests warmly, handle requests efficiently, and help maintain the highest standards overnight.

The role offers a fixed annual salary of £27,066, full-time night shifts, staff discounts across IHG and Axiom hotels, 28–33 days holiday, wellbeing and financial perks, and clear opportunities for training, progression and recognition.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Night owl and able to work nights.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient service to guests during the night.
• Greet guests warmly and handle requests in a professional manner.
• Maintain high standards of front desk operations overnight.
• Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments for the next day.
• Conduct night audits and hotel safety checks as required.
• Promote company values and respond to special client needs.
