Job Description

We have a fabulous opportunity to join Sanderson in our Front Desk team as a NightFront Desk Agent.

Being the face of the hotel overnight as well as the contact point for face to face enquires, you will be able to achieve service excellence by anticipating guest’s needs, listening and paying attention to every detail no matter how small and working together as a team.

To be successful in this role we ask that you have/are:

  • Previous experience in a public contact position, preferably in Front Desk/Reception role.
  • Has the ability to work overnight.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft office.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
  • Keen eye for detail.
