Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the London Underground escalator team in London. The role focuses on call-out repairs and safety-critical maintenance across a portfolio of escalators, ensuring passenger safety and continuous operation.

The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering, with proven field experience and a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering.
• Experience in service and maintenance of escalators.
• Good communication skills and client liaison on site.

Responsibilities

• Carry out breakdown and repair work on escalators within the portfolio to maintain operation.
• Work within the London Underground network, managing escalator assets.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns with aim of first-time fix.
• Liaise with customers on site to build a positive working relationship.
