Job summary

Otis London is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join the Transport for London team. You will maintain and repair escalators across a defined portfolio, ensuring safety and reliability for passengers on the London Underground network.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering, hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently or in a team. OT may be required; OT benefits and company training are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering with significant service/maintenance experience.
• Experience servicing and maintaining escalators across brands.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out breakdown and repair work to keep escalators operating.
• Work within the London Underground network portfolio.
• Respond quickly to fix breakdowns and aim for first-time fix.
• Liaise with customers on-site to maintain relationships.
