Job summary

The Resident Liverpool is seeking a Night Duty Manager to lead the Front of House team and ensure exceptional guest experiences throughout the guest journey. You will be the first point of contact for arrivals, departures, and guest interactions, monitor satisfaction, and oversee the building and team during the night shift.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Ability to lead front-of-house operations at night.
Proactive problem solving with a can-do attitude.
Team player, flexible and able to work independently.
Strong IT skills and familiarity with hotel systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the Front of House team to efficiently manage front desk tasks and guest interactions.
Serve as the first point of contact for arrivals/departures and monitor guest satisfaction.
Ensure Health and Safety compliance and uphold Standards of Excellence across shifts.
